STEVE ABRAMSON
Steve has over 30 years experience in professional services sales. Working with both high-growth start-ups, and large players such as KPMG and IBM, Steve brings in-depth expertise of all stages of the sales lifecycle, including prospecting, origination, negotiation / closing and Account development. He combines a strong coaching style with creative and disruptive thinking. Steve has personally originated and grown many £multi-million client relationships, most recently from zero to >£30m in fees.

JIM BLOOMFIELD
Jim has 20 years experience in designing and delivering projects to identify / develop top talent, with a focus on salespeople and business leaders. He has worked on global projects for clients such as HSBC, KPMG, L&G, British Airways. Jim is passionate about helping people understand their strengths and development needs so that they can drive personal and company success. He is a Member of the British Psychological Society and Association of Business Psychologists.

JACQUI SCULL
Jacqui has over 30 years experience helping businesses define and execute on their growth strategy. Combining deep knowledge and expertise across industry and consulting, Jacqui brings a highly pragmatic and collaborative working style. She is able to blend big picture thinking with operational detail, which provides clients with 'deliverable strategies' and strong results. She has successfully supported clients with new market entry, channel strategy, business turnaround and major operating model changes.

SARAH CLAPPERTON
With 20 years’ experience of selecting and developing talent, Sarah specialises in defining, diagnosing and enhancing the behaviours and attributes needed for success in strategic sales and leadership roles. She has delivered assessment and coaching projects for clients such as L&G, Adecco Group, RBS, Capita, Serco. She is a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society, member of the Association of Business Psychologists and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
